Under the motto “Personal Fitness by Castell Son Claret” we offer our guests a wide range of sports and leisure activities, available upon request with professional and individual instruction. Meditation, Yoga and Qi Gong contribute to individual relaxation and heighten the awareness for the natural beauty of the immediate surroundings. Against a magnificent backdrop there is a tennis court and a small gym offering sporty guests the opportunity to keep their body fit.
Monday 8:30. - 9:30 - Yoga: Yoga is an old discipline from India. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It claims to improve health and happiness
Wednesday 8:30 - 9:30 - Back strengthening: These exercises will strengthen and relax all parts of your back muscles. Start your day with a strengthened and relaxed back.
Friday 8:30 - 9:30 - Body strength: It is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
Sunday 19:00 - 20:00 - Sunset stretch: It is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeuticalle to alleviate cramps.
