Under the motto ‘My favorite islands -Mallorca meets Sylt’, Castell Son Claret receives a special visit from the 22nd to the 25th of February. Benjamin Zehetmeier, Headchef at Severin’s Resort & Spa on Sylt will be cooking with our Headchef Pep Forteza in Olivera Restaurant .

 

The culinary highlights from the north of Germany meet the delicacies of the Mediterranean cuisine of Majorca. On Thursday and Sunday, the two chefs offer a multi-course special lunch menu for € 49 per person. On Friday and Saturday evening, the Clichés from Sylt are combined with wines from Mallorca, for € 89 per person.
